We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Support Representative in our San Antonio, TX location. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while providing sales support to field sales representatives.

Essential Functions:

• Provide general customer service functions to our customers with product information, obtaining price quotes, processing orders/returns and discrepancies, providing website assistance, verifying pricing and product availability.

· Communicates with customers regarding their needs, questions, and concerns and helps trouble shoot product issues, stocking levels, item usage and product changes.

· Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

· Resolves product or service problems, including missed shipment resolution and backorder fulfillment and reporting.

· Utilize medical product knowledge to recommend potential substitutions.

· Work effectively with all internal departments, outside sales personnel and customers.

· Provide assistance with quote processing to ensure timely return and accurate cross-referencing.

· Other general office duties as assigned.

What You will Need to be Successful:

• High School Diploma, GED or 2 years’ experience in customer service, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.
• Must have strong computer skills. Basic knowledge of Excel required.
• Typing and data entry skills required.
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be forward thinking.
• Must be detail oriented, possess analytical skills, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must be reliable and be able to function independently.
• Related work experience, medical product knowledge beneficial.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
